Two Unicorns Standing Under A Vivid Rainbow Coloring Page

Two unicorns stand side by side in the lower half of the sheet, both bodies turned to the right, the left one with its head lifted and the right one dipping slightly toward it. Ridged spiral horns rise from both foreheads. Long manes fall in stripe divided ribbons down their necks, tails curl up behind them, and each leg ends in a marked hoof band. Small five petal flowers and tiny leaves are dotted along the ground beneath them.

Above, a broad rainbow sweeps in from the left edge and arches across the top third of the page in nested bands.

Worth knowing before you pick up a pencil: a rainbow is actually a full circle. We only ever see the top of one because the ground cuts off the rest, and pilots looking down from an aircraft sometimes catch the whole ring.

Those bands are the only real decision here. Running red on the outside through to violet on the inside gives you the true order. Then hold both animals to a paler range so the arch stays the brightest thing on the sheet, which is how the picture is composed.
