Privacy policy

You can use the whole printable library without giving us anything. This page explains what we collect when you do more than that.

Last updated September 2026.

What we collect

  • Analytics about visits. We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views, downloads and generator use. It sets cookies and records a shortened IP address. We look at totals, not at individuals.
  • Your email and password, if you create an account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are stored hashed. We never see them.
  • Your display name and plan, if you create an account.
  • The prompts you type into the AI generator, and the pages it produces. We keep these to enforce the monthly generation limit and to find prompts worth adding to the library.
  • Your email address, if you give it to the AI generator in exchange for a generated page.
  • What you type into the contact form: your name if you give it, your email, and your message.

Our Google Analytics property is G-N272VRKYX4. You can block it with any standard content blocker, and nothing on the site stops working if you do.

What we do not collect

  • Anything at all if you only browse, download and print. Printable pages need no account and no email address.
  • Card numbers. When paid plans launch, payments will be handled by Stripe and the card details will never reach our servers.
  • Any personal detail about the children a page is printed for. We do not ask, and please do not tell us.

What we do with it

We use it to run and improve the site: to see which pages people actually print, to keep the generator inside its limits, to answer your messages, and to manage your account if you have one.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it only with the companies that run the site for us, listed below, and only as far as they need it to do that job. We will also hand it over if the law requires it.

Who processes data for us

  • Netlify, which hosts the site and serves every page.
  • Supabase, which stores the page library, accounts and form submissions.
  • Google Analytics, which counts visits.
  • Replicate, which runs the image model behind the AI generator.
  • Stripe, which will process payments when paid plans launch.

Children

Coloring Den is made for children to color, but it is written for the adult printing the page. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Accounts and the AI generator are for adults. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us through the contact page and we will delete it.

Cookies

The site sets two kinds of cookie. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. If you log in, your session is kept in your browser so you are not asked to log in on every page. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep things

Account data is kept while the account exists. Generator prompts and contact messages are kept while they are useful and are deleted when they are not. Analytics is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics.

Getting your data deleted

Ask us. Send a message through the contact page from the email address on the account, say what you want removed, and we will do it and confirm when it is done. You can ask for a copy of what we hold on the same basis. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs nothing.

Changes and who to write to

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top of this page. Coloring Den is operated by TH Digi Analytics, and the contact page reaches us.
