Dragon Circling A Castle In The Sky Above Coloring Page

A dragon hangs over a castle with its wings spread so wide they reach both edges of the page, and the wing membranes are ruled with dozens of fine parallel ribs that catch the eye first. Its long neck curves down and its jaws are open over the castle's tallest spire, front claws reaching for the roof. The body is scaled along its whole length and the tail loops away behind one wing. Below, the castle sits on a rocky crag drawn in angular faceted planes, its many spires steep and narrow, its windows arched and small. Clouds bank along both sides in scalloped rows and two small birds fly across the left hand side, which sets the scale and makes the dragon look enormous. A double ruled border frames everything, and each corner carries a heavy filled ornament in solid black, the only truly black areas on the sheet. Give the dragon a color that separates it from the stone below, work the wing ribs in two alternating tones, and keep the clouds pale so the whole silhouette stays readable.
