Castle Under Attack With Catapults And Knights Coloring Page

Two knights are mid fight on the grass in front of a castle, and they are what the page is really about. The one on the left lunges forward with a long sword held in both hands, his cape streaming out behind him almost to the edge of the paper. The one on the right leans back with a round shield raised and a sword drawn, and his own cape flies out the other way. Both wear simple helmets with a nose guard, and neither has any armor detail beyond that, so they color quickly. Behind them the castle wall is ruled into a full grid of stone blocks, which is the only fine work on the sheet and gives the drawing its weight. Four towers rise above the wall with conical roofs and small crosses on top, and a stepped stair climbs to an arched doorway in the middle. The catapults promised by the title are not in the picture, so do not go looking for them. Give the two capes different strong colors and the whole scene organizes itself around the fight.
