One tower, one flag, and a great deal of open paper. The tower rises through the middle of the sheet in three tapering stages, each stage stepping in slightly and finished with a band of battlements, so the whole thing reads as a telescope of stone. Its walls are drawn in fine irregular blockwork with narrow pointed windows set at intervals, and the spire on top is scaled and topped by a star finial. The banner is the reason to print this one. It streams out to the right almost to the edge of the page, drawn with long soft folds rippling through it, and it is the single largest blank area in the castles collection. Anything you put there works: heraldry, stripes, a family crest, or one flat color. Around the base, a lower wall and a tumble of large fallen blocks are drawn in heavy shaded line, and two elegant scrolled flourishes sit in the bottom corners. The right half of the page above the flag is left completely empty, so there is room to add a sky, a moon or a second banner of your own.
