Monorail Gliding Above A Futuristic City Coloring Page

A monorail car sweeps down its beam from the upper left, drawn large enough that the curved windscreen, the round lamps and the long row of side windows all read clearly. The single rail it rides crosses the page as a broad smooth band, which gives you one calm shape in the middle of a very busy sheet.

Below the beam lies the city. Towers, stepped roofs, domes, spires and a clock face are packed tightly together, each building with its own window grid, and the whole cluster rewards a fine tip and some patience.

Behind the car the background is worked in loops, circles and small bubbles, and the four corners carry heavy ornamental flourishes with much of the petal work laid in solid black. Those corners act as a frame, so treat them as one and leave them dark rather than trying to open them up.

The sensible order is to finish the car first while your hand is fresh, then the beam, then work outward into the skyline. Cool grays and blues suit the buildings. Save anything bright for the train itself.
