Tractor Carrying A Round Hay Bale Coloring Page

The round bale is the reason to print this one. It is a large circle carried on a low flat trailer, and inside it a loose spiral winds from the outer edge in toward the middle, which gives you a long continuous band to follow with one color or a run of shades that deepen as they go in. Nothing else on the page is anywhere near that size. Ahead of the trailer the tractor faces left with a plain cab, a short stack beside it, one small nose wheel and one deep rear wheel filled with simple rings. The drawbar between them is a short straight link, so the two halves stay clearly apart and neither shape runs into the other. The trailer itself is a long flat bed on two small wheels, an easy strip to fill in a single tone. A single horizontal line carries the wheels and marks the field. Younger children can treat the bale as one shape and ignore the spiral entirely, which lets the same sheet work at two levels.
