This page puts you right at the back of an ambulance, looking in through both rear doors while they stand wide open. The doors frame the picture on the left and right, each one paneled with a long rounded recess.
Two paramedics work inside, one to each side, shown in strict profile so they face each other rather than you. Both wear a soft peaked cap, a short sleeved shirt with a small tab on the sleeve, a belt, and work boots. Their hair is outlined and left hollow, and neither face carries more than a nose, a chin and an ear, so there is very little fine detail to spoil.
The wheeled stretcher sits between them and it is empty. Its mattress is drawn as a thick padded slab with a rolled edge and a raised section at the head, and the frame below folds into a clear X with a pivot bolt at the crossing point. Two pairs of small casters carry it.
The interior gives you a lot to fill in: recessed lights set into the roof in a row, a shelf and cabinet doors along the far wall, and a wide window above the stretcher. Every one of those shapes is left blank.
