Vintage saloons park in a line on brick paving, and the middle one pulls far enough forward to show its whole face. Tall upright radiator grilles stand on all of them, packed with narrow vertical slats.

Those slats are the real decision here. Block them in solid and each grille reads as a dark void, which is what a show car looks like in daylight. Outline them instead and leave the gaps white, and the same car turns light and graphic. Whichever way you go, repeat it across every grille or the row stops looking like one line of cars.

Headlamps ride out on stalks beside each grille and a small cap sits on top. Fenders sweep back over the front wheels and drop to running boards under the doors.

An iron railing curls into tight spirals behind the row, and a hedge in full flower tops it with blossoms and leaves packed to the edges. That strip holds the finest work on the sheet.
