Small Propeller Plane Flying Over A Farm Coloring Page

The plane banks to the left across the middle of the page with one wing dipped toward the fields, close enough that you can see the cabin windows, the fixed landing gear and the individual blades of the propeller caught mid turn. Below it the farm is drawn as long plowed stripes converging toward a low horizon, with small crops dotted along the furrows, a hedge line and two farm buildings sitting off to the sides. Those converging stripes are the best thing on the sheet. Work them in alternating bands of green, gold and brown and the field immediately reads as depth rather than as pattern. Above the aircraft are banks of rolling cloud, a plain sun, a small kite and a great deal of decorative scrollwork, which fills the sky with curls and spirals and continues into an ornate border around all four edges. Poppies and wheat heads stand along the bottom. Keep that scrollwork pale or leave it white, because it is drawn in the same weight as the clouds and will flatten the sky if you color it strongly.
