Military Transport Plane With Paratroopers Jumping Coloring Page

Three paratroopers hang beneath three round canopies, filling most of this page. The center canopy is the largest and nearest, fully open with its panels drawn as long tapering segments and every rigging line running down to the harness. Two more descend behind on either side. Each soldier is drawn from behind with a square pack on the back, a helmet, and boots together. Up in the top right corner the transport aircraft that dropped them banks away. A thin line of ground with grass tufts runs across the very bottom.

The canopies are the whole job and they are beautifully suited to it. Each one is a fan of identical panels radiating from a point, so a repeating color sequence looks intentional with no planning at all.

Leave the rigging lines white. There are a great many of them and they only read as cord against clean paper.

A round parachute cannot really be steered, only slowed. That is why the soldier's first lesson is the landing fall: knees together, roll sideways, let five parts of the body take the shock in sequence rather than two ankles taking all of it.
