Airplane in Sky Coloring Page

High above the ground, a passenger jet leans into a turn with its nose pointed toward a bright sun. The artist gave the plane a long row of cabin windows, two engines slung under the wings, and a tall tail fin, so there is plenty of surface to fill without any fussy detail. Thick, puffy clouds roll across the middle of the sheet and break open near the bottom, revealing a whole town with roads curving between rows of little buildings. Two birds glide past on the left, small enough that they are easy to miss on a first look. Start with the jet itself and pick a bold shade for the fuselage, then give the wings and tail a second tone so the shape reads clearly against the sky. The clouds can stay white, or you can lay down a pale gray along their lower edges to make them look rounded. Those long sun rays reward a warm yellow or orange. Save the town for last and work slowly, because the tiny rooftops and streets are the finest lines on the page. Colored pencils handle that lower section better than thick markers do.
