Tiny Fairy Sitting On A Large Mushroom

Perched right on the crown of a big mushroom, this fairy has settled down with legs crossed and hands folded. A short sleeved top and a skirt of layered petals with a scalloped hem make up the outfit, and four wings spread out behind, two large ones above and two smaller ones below. The hair is drawn as one simple rounded shape with a soft fringe across the forehead, and the face carries nothing but two eyes and a small smile. The mushroom underneath is a plain wide cap with hardly a mark on it, just a hint of ribbing showing at the rim. Its stalk runs straight down to a patch of grass at the bottom of the sheet. All that blank cap is the best part of this page. It can be one flat color, a pattern of your own invention, or a night sky full of stars. The petal skirt takes color well in layers, running pale at the shoulders and deep at the hem. Leave the wings almost white and add a thin line of shade along the edges so they still look see through.
