Wizard Battle With Magical Lightning Bolts Coloring Page

A wizard leans back with one hand raised flat in front of him and a heavy staff gripped in the other, while forked bolts of energy crack across the top of the page and curl down past his shoulders. He is drawn with real force: a deep pointed hat, a knotted cord at his waist, and robes that swirl in long ribboned folds with the inner surfaces filled solid black, which gives the figure more contrast than anything else in the wizards collection. His eyes are blank white ovals, an unsettling touch that suits the subject. Behind him, the entire sheet is filled edge to edge with flowers, foliage, spirals and a large ornamental medallion in the upper left, all drawn in a much finer line than the figure. No opponent appears, so this is one wizard against the weather rather than a duel. The contrast between the bold figure and the delicate background is the thing to protect. Keep the flowers pale and let the robe stay dark and the composition will hold.
