Fairy Dancing In A Sunlit Flower Meadow Coloring Page

A fairy leaps through the air above a meadow, one arm flung forward, one leg kicked back, and her hair pulled up into a small topknot. Her wings are two long veined ovals held open behind her, and her dress is a simple scalloped shape that flares as she moves. The figure is drawn with a very light, economical line and sits alone in a large field of white paper, which gives the page its airy feel but also means the top third is completely empty. The real content is the band of meadow that runs right across the bottom of the sheet. There are around thirty flowers in it, buttercups, cosmos, five petal blooms, tight buds and one drooping bell, all on slender stems with long blade leaves crossing between them. Every bloom is a separate outline. A good way to work this page is to give the meadow a wide range of colors, one or two per flower with no repeats, and to keep the fairy herself pale so she stays airborne above all that busyness rather than sinking into it.
