Dragon Family Nesting On A Clifftop Coloring Page

An adult dragon stands over a nest on top of a tall cliff with its wings half raised and its head turned out to the left, jaws parted. Two smaller dragons sit in the nest beside it, one curled with its head down and one looking up, and the size difference tells the story without any help. The line work here is much denser than on the simple dragon sheets. The adult's neck, back and tail are covered in rows of individual scales, a ridge of spines runs its whole length, and the wing membranes are ruled with fine radiating lines. The nest is woven from dozens of separate twigs and the cliff below is drawn in long faceted planes with heavy hatching in the shadows, running down to the bottom edge of the sheet. Ornamental scrollwork fills the top two corners, each with a coiled dragon and an egg worked into it, and a spray of spirals drifts down the right side. Note that the upper left quadrant is left completely blank, so there is room to add a sky. Save your finest pen for the scales.
