The little white cat stands with a satchel over one shoulder and a strap across her front, an apple on the ground at one side and two fat pencils at the other.
The pencils are the detail worth pointing out. Each is drawn with a separate barrel, a sharpened cone and a visible lead tip, with the barrel marked off from the point by a clean line. Most sheets draw a pencil as a single tapered stick; at the size these sit here every part is comfortably colorable, and two pencils side by side almost force a child into two different colors.
The apple is a plain round with a short stalk and a leaf, left as one big shape so it can go bright in a single stroke.
The satchel has a flap, a side panel and a strap with a buckle knot at the chest. The buckle is drawn as a simple squared shape rather than working hardware, because real hardware at this scale is three slivers.
Her body is otherwise left open and plain, which keeps the sheet easy for a younger child while the pencils and the bag give an older one something to be careful with.
