Hello Kitty with a Big Heart Coloring Page

The little white cat stands in front of a heart big enough to fill most of the page, with smaller hearts floating around her at two different sizes.

The large heart is drawn as a clean single outline and left completely empty inside. That is the most generous open area anywhere in this wave. It can take one flat tone, a gradient from the point upward, stripes, spots or a pattern of a child's own, and whatever goes in there is the page. Breaking it up with an inner border would have made it tidier and much less useful.

The small hearts are scattered unevenly rather than arranged in a ring. A ring of identical hearts reads as a clip art frame; an uneven scatter reads as movement. They sit at two sizes, which does the same job.

The cat is drawn fairly small against all of this, which is the right call. On a page where the background is the main event the figure should not compete with it, and she sits low and center with plenty of white around her head so her outline stays crisp against the heart behind.

The bow on her ear is the one place worth going bright.
