Hello Kitty in a Chef Hat with Cookies Coloring Page

The little white cat holds out a flat oval tray of cookies in a tall pleated chef hat.

The cookies are cut in different shapes, a star, a heart and rounds, and the mix is doing a quiet job: a tray of identical rounds would be a grid, while a few repeated shapes give the eye a pattern to follow and a child a reason to color by shape rather than by position. Most will do the star first.

The chef hat is the other half of the page. It is drawn as a tall puff gathered into a banded brim, with pleat lines radiating up from the band. Those pleats are long closed strips of the kind that take alternating tones nicely, and the hat is drawn big enough that they stay generous rather than cramped.

The brim band itself is a clean horizontal strip, the one place on the sheet where a single strong color sits against everything else.

Her paws hold the tray from underneath at both ends, and the tray is a plain oval with a raised lip. Nothing is foreshortened, so the cookies all sit flat and face the reader squarely.
