Bluey with a Stuffed Toy Coloring Page

A heeler puppy sits on the floor hugging a round plush toy against her chest with both front paws, a chest of drawers with books stacked on top to one side of her and a ball and a small pull along toy on the floor nearby.

This is the simplest sheet in the set and that is intentional. Every page in a batch pitched at young children should not be equally busy. The puppy and her toy together make one big rounded mass in the middle of the page, which is about twenty minutes for a four year old and a pleasant five for anyone older.

The plush is deliberately featureless apart from two dot eyes. It has no seams, no stitching and no limbs to speak of, which leaves it as a large clean oval right in the center of the sheet, the easiest and most forgiving shape on the page.

Her paws cross in front of it, and where they cross the line of the toy breaks cleanly behind them. Overlap resolved properly, so nobody has to guess which shape is in front.

The drawers and the toys at the edges are left plain, there to fill the corners rather than to be the point.
