Bluey Reading a Bedtime Book Coloring Page

A heeler puppy sits up in bed with an open book held in both paws, a lamp on the table beside her, a pillow behind her and a soft toy propped at her side.

The open book faces the reader with both pages completely blank. No lines of text, no squiggles standing in for words. Those squiggles are everywhere on printed bedtime sheets and they are the one thing on the page that cannot be colored, only scribbled over. Two clean white rectangles can become anything a child wants, and quite a few of them draw their own picture in there.

The duvet is drawn as one broad sweep across the lower half of the page with a long soft fold running through it. That is the largest open area on the sheet and it takes a single confident tone beautifully.

The lamp has a plain trapezoid shade with no pleats and a round base. The light is not drawn at all. A shaded glow means gray fill, and gray fill is the thing this catalog avoids.

The soft toy beside her is a simple rounded animal with two dot eyes, small, and the last easy win on the page.
