Thank You Veterans Banner Coloring Page

This banner is deliberately blank. A wide ribbon stretches across the sheet with a notch cut into each end and an open flower at either side, and the inside of the banner is left as one large empty space so a child writes the thank you message themselves. That is the part worth keeping, because a message in a child's own handwriting lands differently from a printed one. Three stars sit above the banner. Print it on cardstock if the finished sheet is going to a veteran or onto a classroom wall, since copy paper curls once a marker has been over it. Color first and write second, or the ink will smudge.
