Mailbox Overflowing With Valentine's Day Letters Coloring Page
A roadside mailbox has burst open with cards and envelopes, hearts rising out of the pile and bobbing above the lid.

The door on this roadside mailbox has dropped open and the contents are spilling out of the top. Envelopes and square cards are jammed in at every angle, some carrying hearts on the front, some marked with dashed lines where an address would go. More hearts rise off the pile and float above the curved lid at eight different sizes. A single heart is stamped on the side of the box itself, and the whole thing stands on a square wooden post with grain lines running down it. Grass sprouts around the base, and two slim stems with hearts for flowers lean in from either side.
All those overlapping envelopes make a satisfying puzzle of flat shapes, and because each one is closed and separate, there is no risk of color bleeding from one into the next.
A light touch on the envelopes and something strong on the box keeps the pile readable. Fill the box too dark and the mail disappears into it.
If you post a valentine through Loveland, Colorado in early February, volunteers there hand stamp it with a cachet and a verse before sending it on. They handle over a hundred thousand pieces most years.
