Rocket Firework Launching Into The Night Sky Coloring Page

Two things share this page. The rocket climbs from the bottom left at a steep angle, drawn as a pointed cylinder with swept fins, a round porthole and short speed lines coming off its nose, and beneath it a thick column of smoke twists all the way back down to a bank of cloud at the base. To its right an enormous burst has already opened, built from hundreds of straight rays radiating out of a dense dark core, no two of them the same length. That burst is the one place where restraint helps. Coloring every ray individually turns it to mud, so pick two or three colors and sweep them through in bands, or leave the outer rays bare and work only the core. The rest of the sky is filled with dots and small open circles of different sizes, which read as distant stars and can stay white. A ringed planet sits low on the left. A row of large flowers runs along the bottom edge and gives the page its only soft shapes, so put the warmest reds there and let the sky stay cold.
