Whale Breaching The Ocean Surface Coloring Page
A whale rises clear of the water with its throat grooves showing, drawn in very few lines against a wide empty sky.

A whale launches out of the sea at an angle, head toward the upper left, body still half buried in the surface at the lower right. The drawing is remarkably plain: the entire animal is described by an outline, a small round eye, a low fin near the tail, one flipper reaching down, and the long parallel grooves running along the throat from the chin back under the body.
Those grooves are the only patterned area anywhere, about a dozen fine lines curving together, and they sit inside a shape that is otherwise completely open. A short burst of spray and a few loose droplets rise where the body meets the water.
The sea is drawn with nothing more than half a dozen long flowing lines that run right across the page and lift into soft crests. Above the whale, the top third of the sheet is left entirely blank. That is a lot of empty paper, and it is the point: this is one of the fastest pages in the collection to finish, and the sky is there to take a sun, a gull or a second whale if you want to add one.
