Letter G Is for Grapes Coloring Page

This sheet gives the letter G both of its forms, a hollow capital G at the top left and a hollow lowercase g beside it, with a bunch of round grapes hanging below on a curling vine with a single leaf. The capital G starts as the same open curve as C and then adds a short shelf that turns back into the middle, so a child who has already coloured the C sheet in this set has most of the stroke already. The lowercase g is a different problem, because it drops a tail below the writing line, which is a habit worth practising early. The grapes are the reason to print this one. Each berry is a separate closed circle with a thick outline, so the bunch works as a set of small colouring targets rather than one large area, and children often shade each grape a slightly different colour.
