Tiffany built lamps exactly like this one, and the dragonfly was his favorite motif. The domed shade splits into narrow leaded panels that radiate from the finial down to a scalloped rim, and three dragonflies rest on the shade itself with their long bodies lying flat along the panel lines. Their wings carry a fine grid of open cells, which is the most detailed passage on the sheet and the part worth saving for last. Below the shade the stem runs down smooth and unbroken to a foot that curls outward into three scrolls. Leaded glass gives you a built in plan. Treat each panel as its own pane and repeat a small set of tones around the dome rather than inventing a new one for every section. Amber and green read as authentic here, with the rim panels kept a shade deeper than the crown so the dome looks round. The wing cells take a pale wash beautifully, and leaving some of them white suggests the light coming through. The plain stem is the one place on this page where a single flat metal tone does all the work.
