A girl runs flat out from left to right across a mown lawn, one shoe clear of the ground, arms bent, pigtails flying and a wide open grin on her face. Ahead of her a small oval sprinkler head sits in the grass and throws five thin arcs of water up and over, with a few loose droplets drawn in the air above. Two long lines mark the near and far edges of the lawn, clumps of grass are dotted along both, and the entire top half of the sheet is left blank.
The title promises more than one child and the drawing has one. That blank upper half is the obvious place to add whoever is chasing her.
This is a genuinely easy page. Perhaps eight areas, all of them large, and the water is drawn as open lines rather than shapes, so there is nothing to fill badly.
A word on those arcs: leave them white or barely tinted. Water reads as water when it is the lightest thing on the page, and a child who fills the jets solid blue will end up with what looks like wire.
An oscillating sprinkler puts down roughly as much water in an hour as a decent rain shower, which is why most places that worry about drought ask people to run them early, before the sun can take half of it back.
