Work outward from the middle on this one. The center is a small circle inside a tight ribbed disc, drawn with dozens of fine radiating lines, and a scalloped collar wraps around it.
From there the design opens in three distinct rings. The first is short rounded petals packed close together. The second is longer and more pointed, and each of those petals holds a smaller petal shape inside it along with a few tiny chevron marks. The third ring is the longest: narrow lance shaped rays that reach almost to the edge of the page, each one carrying a dark elongated mark near its tip.
Small arrowheads float in the gaps between those outer rays, attached to nothing, which stops the outer ring from looking bare.
Despite sitting in the easy set, the ribbed center is genuinely fine work and will not take a marker tip. Everything from the second ring outward is roomy enough for anything.
The dark tip marks are already the heaviest thing here, so they set your ceiling. Pick your deepest color for those, then step lighter with each ring as you move in toward the middle. That reverses what most people do by instinct, and it makes the whole thing look lit from the outside.
