Not every mandala needs a magnifying glass. This one is built from wide, rounded petals in four or five concentric rings, and the outlines are thick enough that markers will not bleed past them. The middle is a small rosette wrapped in short pointed leaves, and the outermost ring carries little hearts tucked into each petal, a detail worth spotting before you start. The size of these shapes makes it a good sheet for younger colorists and for anyone who wants something finished in one sitting. A simple plan works well. Choose one color per ring and alternate warm and cool as you move outward, so the rings separate visually without any shading at all. If you want more, add a second darker tone at the base of each petal where it meets the ring inside it, and the flower will appear to lift off the paper. The hearts on the edge are small enough to take a single bright accent that appears nowhere else in the design. Crayons, markers, and pencils all behave on shapes this size, so use whatever is already on the table.
