Line weight is what separates this sheet from the rest. Where most mandalas here are drawn fine, this one is inked heavy, and the black outlines are thick enough to stay put under any medium you care to use.
The hub is a small white circle inside a ribbed disc with short spikes radiating from it. Around that hub runs a ring of narrow dart shapes pointing outward, then a ring of bell or tulip forms sitting between them, and finally a wide outer ring of pointed petals, each holding a small dart or heart shape inside.
Sixteen points define the outer silhouette, and because the same unit repeats at each of them, you can work one wedge out to the rim and then simply repeat your choices fifteen times.
The heavy line has one consequence worth planning around. It already carries a lot of visual weight, so pale colors will look washed out beside it. Saturated ones hold their own.
If you want the fastest good looking result, treat it as a color wheel. Assign a hue to each of the sixteen wedges and move around the rim in order. The repeating geometry does the rest of the work for you.
