A large heart full of spirals sits at the middle of a pointed star of feathered leaves, with a matching flourish in every corner.

A heart holds the middle, big enough to fill roughly a fifth of the sheet, and its inside is filled with paired spirals, a ring of small dots and one tiny heart tucked at the bottom of the lobe.
Radiating out from it is a star with eight main points, built up from layer after layer of pointed leaf forms. Each layer overlaps the one beneath, and the individual leaves carry ribs and fine hatching along their spines. Arrowlike spikes cap the four points that run straight up, down, left and right.
In each corner of the square sits a separate flourish: a spray of curling stems with a small rosette at its heart and teardrops trailing off it. These do not touch the star, so they read as four quiet moments framing a busy one.
Be honest with yourself about the scale before you start. The name says easy and the heart certainly is, but the leaf layers behind it are fine enough that they belong to an older colorist.
That heart is the natural focal point and the only place with real open space. Give it the strongest color you plan to use, keep the leaf layers in a narrow family of tones, and the star will read as depth rather than noise.
