Boba Shop Window Coloring Page

A scalloped awning and two brick pillars frame the window of a tea shop, where filled cups wait on a ledge above a small round table.

This is a bubble tea shop seen from the street: a wide pane of glass under a deep scalloped awning, two drinks with striped straws lined up on the sill inside, and a pendant lamp hanging beyond them. A potted plant sits on a small round table out front with a single bentwood chair beside it. Brick runs up the wall on either side of the window. The sheet rewards planning more than speed. Decide early what the awning stripes will be, because they run across the widest shape on the page and they set the tone for everything under them. The glass is best left white or given the palest wash, since that is what makes it read as a window rather than a wall. The brickwork is the other big decision. Coloring every brick separately takes a while but looks superb, and a flat warm red across the whole wall works nearly as well in a fraction of the time.
