Rainbow Over Noah's Ark Coloring Page

The rainbow God placed in the sky after the flood is one of the most colorful moments in the whole bible, which makes this page a natural match for a child's full crayon box. The seven bands arc across the top of the page as bold concentric outlines, each one wide enough to take a solid stripe of color. Many children know the order red to violet before they know the story, and this sheet lets them apply that knowledge straight to the page. The ark below is small and settled on flat water, acting as a visual anchor rather than competing with the arc above it. The proportion is deliberately uneven: the sky and rainbow fill roughly two thirds of the space, and the water and hull fill the lower third, so the color work concentrates where the story's resolution sits. The dove flying at the base of the rainbow ties the two images together. Print it to follow the ark sheet in a Noah sequence, for a lesson on promises and hope, or as a standalone page where the appeal is simply the chance to fill in every color at once.
