Party Hats Noisemakers And Confetti Celebration Coloring Page

Three cone hats stand side by side across the middle of the page, the outer two set slightly back so their edges tuck behind the one in front. Each is topped with a pompom drawn as a ring of short strokes around a small open circle. The hats are patterned rather than plain: every one carries a scatter of round spots in three or four sizes across its lower half, and a band of close diagonal stripes wraps the upper slope just below the pompom. Only the middle hat shows the rolled cuff at its brim. Around and beneath them, confetti covers the paper in small flat rectangles, short curved commas and a few loose curls of ribbon, thickest along the bottom where it has settled. Neither a table nor a line of ground appears under the cones. The spots invite you to alternate two colors around each one, and because the cones are three large open triangles, a child can clear the confetti quickly and still have the biggest areas left to enjoy.
