New Year'S Eve Party With People Celebrating Coloring Page

Three friends stand shoulder to shoulder with their arms up, caught mid cheer. The one on the left holds a party horn to her mouth and the one on the right wears a tall cone hat with a small burst at its tip. All three wear simple dresses over leggings and laced sneakers, which hands you six flat panels of clothing and three pairs of shoes before you touch anything else. A string of bunting swags across the top of the sheet. Every triangle along it has been left blank, so that row can become a repeating pattern, a set of initials, or a rainbow running from one end to the other. Loose streamers curl below the string and a few stars float over on the right. The floor is a single soft line and everything above it stays white. That makes the bunting the piece that sets the mood for the page. Pick its colors first, then pull two of them down into the dresses so the whole sheet holds together.
