Cute Baby New Year In A Diaper With A Top Hat Coloring Page

A round cheeked baby sits square on to you in the middle of an otherwise empty page. The hat is the tallest thing here, a straight sided topper with a flat crown and a wide band above the brim, tipped back far enough that a short tuft of hair escapes at the front. Underneath it the face is built from big shapes: two wide eyes with lashes and a bright catchlight left white in each, a small button nose, freckles marked as a handful of dots on both cheeks, and an open smile with the tongue showing. The body is a soft pear with two chubby arms tucked against the sides. A diaper wraps the middle, fastened with one large round pin in front and dotted on either side of it, and two bare feet stick out below with the toes drawn individually. No floor line appears beneath him and no toy or prop shares the page. Every area a young child has to fill is a large closed shape, and nothing on the sheet is fiddly apart from the toes.
