Balloon Drop At A New Year Party Celebration Coloring Page

Twelve balloons crowd together near the top of this page, overlapping so that some show as whole ovals while others are only the curve that peeks out between two neighbors. Each carries a slim highlight shape near its shoulder, and leaving those white is what will make them look glossy once the rest is filled. Their strings gather into one twisted rope that drops down the center and finishes in a small tied bow. Everything else is falling. Plain dots in four or five sizes, open rings, little stars, curled ribbon ends and dozens of wrapped favors are scattered right out to the edges of the paper. Two long ribbons swoop across behind the cluster, one entering from each side. A curved table edge closes the bottom, crowded with rounded heads, bottles, cone shapes and a few wide open flowers pressed shoulder to shoulder. This is the busiest sheet in the New Year set, so choose three or four colors and repeat them through the confetti rather than trying to make every speck different. Fine tipped pens will serve you better here than thick crayons.
