Simple Gingerbread Man Outline Coloring Page
A simple gingerbread man outline, the shape you get tracing around a cookie cutter. Two small buttons and nothing else. Free to print and cut out.

This is the cookie cutter shape itself: one unbroken line around a head, two arms and two legs, with the arms angled down and the legs set wide apart. Nothing crosses that line anywhere, which is what makes the sheet useful for more than coloring.
Inside, almost the whole body is empty paper. Two small circles sit one above the other where buttons would go, and above them two tiny ringed eyes and one short curved smile. Count the marks and you get five. There is no icing, no trim, no pattern down the arms and legs.
Leaving the body that bare is deliberate. Hand this page to a four year old and the only task is filling one large area, which is as forgiving as a coloring sheet gets. Hand it to an eight year old and it turns into a design problem: stripes, spots, a face, a sweater, whatever they decide a gingerbread man should look like.
Printed on cardstock it becomes a template. Cut around the single outline, punch a hole through the head, and it hangs on a tree or sits on a table as a place card with a name written on the back.
Generous white space surrounds it on all four sides.
