Superhero Dad Cape Flying With Child On Shoulders Coloring Page

The cape is enormous. It starts at his collar and sweeps down and back across the entire lower right of the sheet, rippling into three long folds before it tapers off near the corner. That single shape is more than a third of the drawing, and it is unbroken, so it takes anything: one flat red, a fade from the shoulders down, stars, stripes, or a lining in a second color along the underside. He flies in profile with one fist thrown forward and both legs trailing behind, cuffs at his wrists and a belt at his waist. No emblem has been drawn on his chest, which leaves that panel free if you want to invent your own. The child rides high on his shoulders, arms out, feet kicked up, entirely unbothered by the altitude. Look past the two of them and you find an empty page. No city, no clouds, no ground. He is flying through plain white paper, and that emptiness is what makes the cape look fast. Speed lines behind him are the one addition that will make this better rather than busier.
