Easter Basket Overflowing With Flowers And Candy Coloring Page
A woven basket spills over with blank eggs and wide open flowers, with wrapped candies scattered in the grass around it.

The basket sits low and wide in the center of the page, woven in a clear over and under check that is easy to follow, with a braided handle arching high above it. That handle is drawn as a twisted rope of two strands, and following the twist with alternating tones is the most satisfying thing on the sheet.
Inside, the contents genuinely overflow. Plain oval eggs are heaped up and pushed out past the rim, and between them sit several wide open flowers with rounded petals and dotted middles. Smaller buds on thin stems lean out to either side. None of the eggs carry any pattern, so they are yours to decorate or to leave as flat blocks of color.
Tufts of grass rise on both sides of the basket and behind it, drawn as thin upright blades rather than a solid mass.
On the ground in front, more eggs have rolled loose and several wrapped candies lie among them, each twisted closed at both ends. A tiny butterfly hovers near the handle. Small objects like these are the best place for your brightest colors, since everything else on the page is large and calm.
