Chihuahua Puppy Wrapped in a Blanket Coloring Page

Someone has wrapped this chihuahua puppy up in a blanket, and only the head and two front paws made it out. The fabric crosses over the chest in a wide diagonal fold and gathers into soft curves down both sides, leaving a large uninterrupted area that is easy to fill with a single color.

The ears are the feature of the page. They stand tall and pointed, almost as long as the head itself, with short fur strokes drawn inside the rims. The eyes are oversized and filled solid with a white highlight left in the top corner of each, which is what gives the puppy its pleading expression.

Everything else stays open. There is no background at all, no pattern and no scenery, just the puppy against clean white paper.

That emptiness is useful. Young children get a small number of big shapes and clear thick outlines to work with, and anyone who wants more can add a pattern of their own to the blanket. Stripes, dots or small hearts all fit comfortably in the space the fold creates.
