Smiling Cartoon Pig Standing Coloring Page

The classic standing pig, drawn at a slight angle so you get both the face and the curl of the tail on one page.

If you wanted one drawing to stand for the whole collection, this is it. A cheerful pig stands on all four legs, turned slightly toward you so that you get the full face and the curve of the flank at the same time.

That angle is the useful thing about the page. A strict side view hides one side of the face, and a straight front view hides the tail. Here you get both: two round filled eyes, a broad snout with two nostrils, a wide smile, both ears, and the tail curling once at the back.

The body is a large open oval with a single line marking off each of the four legs. Nothing else has been drawn inside it and nothing at all has been drawn behind it.

Because it is the most ordinary pose in the set, it is also the most forgiving. Any shade of pink looks right. So does brown, so does gray, and so does something completely invented. Take the ears and the snout a step darker than the body, leave the eyes as they are, and the page is finished. It prints cleanly at any size, which makes it a sensible one to run off in a stack.
