This one is drawn for charm rather than accuracy. The cub sits facing you with a head far too large for its body, and the two features named in the title carry the page.
The eyes are enormous, each a wide circle holding a big pupil with two white highlights, set into dark patches that slant upward at the outer corners. Below them the mouth is open in a full grin with the tongue showing and the corners pushed up into the cheeks. A pair of small raised eyebrows sits above the eyes and adds to the expression.
One caution before you start. Those eye patches are already filled, but at a dark tone rather than true black, so they will print as deep charcoal against the pure black of the nose and pupils. If that bothers you, going over them with black pencil evens the sheet out.
The body is small and rounded with fur ticks scattered across the chest, the arms held close, and paws marked by small dots. Behind the cub, a ring of flowers, leaves and curling scrollwork is drawn in a lighter line weight, with larger blooms anchoring the bottom corners.
