Koala Climbing Up a Tree Trunk Coloring Page

A koala climbs by gripping with two thumbs on each front paw, which is why it can hang on to a smooth gum trunk that would defeat most animals. This sheet puts the animal partway up the trunk with all four paws on the bark and its head turned toward you. The trunk fills one side of the page in long open lines, so there is a big calm area to fill once the animal is finished. Try colouring the bark in stripes of two close shades and leave the paws pale so the grip stands out.
