Puffer Fish With Round Spikes Coloring Page
A puffed up puffer fish rounds out into a near circle, covered from rim to belly in short pointed spikes.

Inflated, this puffer is very nearly a circle, and the drawing leans into that. Its body fills the middle of the page as one round mass with the head barely distinguished from it, and roughly fifty spikes cover the surface.
Each spike is a small open triangle with a base line beneath it, so it reads as a raised point rather than a flat mark. Around the silhouette they break the outline into a ring of sharp teeth. Across the body they sit at varied angles, which stops the whole thing from looking like wallpaper.
A small fan tail sticks out at the left on a short stalk, a pleated pectoral sits mid body, and the face is one large eye with a solid pupil above a short curved smile.
One note on the file itself: the paper carries a very faint even gray cast rather than pure white. It falls below anything a printer will reproduce, so the sheet comes out clean, but it is visible on screen.
Those spikes are small. A fine tip is worth reaching for, and it is usually easier to color the body first as one field and add the spikes on top than to work around each one.
