Everything in this drawing points up and to the right. The dog has pushed off its hind legs, body stretched into a long diagonal, front paws thrown out toward a disc that hangs just beyond its reach at the top corner. Its mouth is open, its ears are back, and a plumed tail counterbalances behind.

The coat is drawn in fine directional strokes that follow the muscle rather than sitting on top of it, so the fur reads as movement. A buckled collar with a round tag sits at the throat, one of the few closed shapes on the animal.

The rest of the sheet is decorative. Curling vine stems trail down the left side and across the right, dotted with small five petal blossoms and a few open hearts. A tuft of grass and one large daisy anchor the bottom edge, which keeps the jump from floating.

Leave the disc white or give it a single flat color, since anything busy there will fight the dog for attention. The scattered blossoms are small enough to take a different color each without looking noisy, and the vines can stay light.
