Zebra Longwing Butterfly on a Branch Coloring Page

Ink dominates. The wings are mostly solid black, and the pattern comes from what has been left white inside them: long bars, short dashes, and rows of pale spots that crowd toward the tips. All four wings are stretched long and narrow, far longer than the rounded shapes elsewhere in this collection, and the near forewing reaches almost to the top corner of the page.
Below, a branch enters at the lower left and runs out to the right edge. It carries three open flowers with bristled middles, a scatter of small pointed leaves along its length, and a bare tendril curling off the end. A fourth bloom sits half out of frame at the bottom.
The background is not empty. Small almond shapes drift across it, and short dotted trails arc through the upper left, the kind of mark used to show something flying.
Longwings are among the few butterflies that eat pollen as well as nectar. That extra protein lets them live for months instead of weeks.
Little white is left to fill, so this page finishes quickly. Put your work into the branch and let the insect stay graphic.
