Peacock Butterfly Showing Eye Spot Patterns Coloring Page
Four big ringed eyespots and a couple of small ones scatter across soft rounded wings drawn in thick preschool friendly lines.

Every edge on this butterfly is rounded off. The wings have no points at all, the body is a stack of soft capsules, and the line weight stays heavy from one side of the sheet to the other, which together make it one of the friendliest pages here for a child still learning to steer a crayon.
Count the rings before you start. Each upper wing carries two circles set near the leading edge, drawn as a ring inside a ring. Each lower wing carries one much larger version toward the outer corner, plus a small solo circle nearer the body. A few loose curved lines sweep through the remaining space to break it up.
The body is three capsules in a column, and the antennae rise in a shallow curve and finish in tight little loops.
A peacock butterfly at rest is almost black underneath. It snaps its wings open when something comes near, and the sudden arrival of four eyes is enough to make a mouse back off.
Rings beg for rings. Work from the outside in and change shade at each line.
