The ink is laid on heavily here, far more so than on the rest of these henna sheets. Thick outlines, filled petals and solid blossoms take up a real share of the page. That is the style of the drawing rather than a fault in the print, and it is worth knowing before you start.

A butterfly holds the middle with both wings spread. The upper pair is packed with rows of rounded cells that shrink toward the edge, some stippled, some scalloped, some left open. The lower pair repeats the idea at a smaller scale behind a dotted border. The body runs from a beaded head through a crosshatched abdomen to a fine point, and two antennae curve up and outward, each ending in a spiral wrapped around a filled dot.

A square frame encloses all of it, built from banded stems that arch corner to corner. A wide blossom crowns the top, a matching motif points up from the bottom, trumpet shaped lilies fill the four corners, and two round flowers with stippled centers sit low on either side.

All that black changes the approach. There is less white to fill than the density suggests, so saturated color holds its own here where it would flatten a lighter sheet. Since the two halves mirror exactly, color a shape and its twin together and work outward from the body.
